I have a fully charged battery and when I unplug to use my workstation, the workstation shuts down and provides no power after 2-3 minutes.
If remote meter panel shows that the charger is in Float (FLt) mode, please confirm the following.
- Batteries are connected to the charger.
- Batteries are connected tightly to the charger.
If yes to the above, you may have a defective new battery. It is possible to also have a dead, end of life older battery. To determine battery date codes please see additional knowledge base article.
