B265 XC Series settings locked and need to be changed - Can we do it?

The units are shipped from Newcastle with locked setting to prevent users from inadvertently modifying settings outside of Newcastle’s design intent.

On rare occasions, Newcastle can program a tool, at customer’s expense, to paste setting changes to a customer’s device.
