Removing and installing a new B235 inverter
Start by making sure your cart is unplugged from the wall outlet and powered off. The process for removing and replacing should take about 15-25 minutes.
It is highly recommended that you take photos of setup before starting the disconnect so you have a reference.
Remove black wire from battery followed by the red wire. Make sure wires don’t touch the opposing terminals. Take battery out of cart and place to the side.
Remove top red wire from the fuse block. You may keep the other wire connected
Remove mounting nuts/screws from the corners (place inside a bin or bag to prevent loss of screws)
Disconnect the inverter plug that is connected to the power strip.
Remove the screws from top panel and disconnect RJ45 cable
Remove mounting nuts/screws from the corners (place inside a bin or bag to prevent loss of screws)
You can now remove the inverter and replace with the new inverter. Replacing items in the reverse order in which you removed them.
Please pay attention to the orientation of the inverter when remounting
Remember to secure the Green grounding wire on the new inverter
