How to Troubleshoot Battery Volt Meter

Confirm the part number of the Curtis Meter is correct There were some meters that we the wrong part number that happened to read "Curtis" on the face of the meter - these were recalled Confirm wires are connect to correct terminals on rear of meter Confirm green and red are connected to the positive battery terminal Confirm Black wire is connected to the negative battery terminal Confirm "washer rule" - washer should not be sandwiched between connectors Occasionally one may see a fully charged battery (13.3V) read a bar or 2 short of full
