New lithium battery will not charge all the way

I received my Nucleus batteries and placed them in my charging station to charge. After charging overnight, one of the batteries shows on the LED that it is only charged 80% (or only 4 of the 5 LEDs light). My battery isn�t charging properly.

This is common as it takes 1-2 full cycles (full discharge and charge) for the Battery Management System (BMS) to �learn� the battery cycle. �Use the batteries to full depletion, and charge batteries again. All LEDs should then light up. �
