Troubleshooting the PowerPack Ultra Series (PP2.6 and PP4.0)
If the SoC meter is blinking red or off and the inverter won't power on, the battery is likely dead. NOTE: The battery may be dead because the charger has failed. If the charge cord is plugged in and the charger LED doesn't turn orange for a moment at least, there may be a problem with the charger or the battery is over-discharged. If the SoC meter reads full and the charger LED is green when plugged in, the inverter is damaged or the in-line fuse is blown. If the relay is clicking, confirm that the "high inhibit" signal from the charger is at least 12.0V. If the powerpack turns on but only outputs power for a short time, the battery is likely at end-of-life. However, the issue might be that the charger isn't charging the battery.
