Why is my battery not charging?

This could indicate either a bad/worn battery or charger, OR sometimes stems from the facility power source may not be providing power to the charger (i.e. blown circuit or outlet turned off). Confirm that the outlet where the charger is plugged in has a consistent source of power. Confirm the battery connections are tight and secure.
