Will the Laptop Security Bracket, B114, fit on the EC Series?

Will the Laptop Security Bracket, B114, fit on the EC Series?

Our current B114 will work for the EC cart, but the screws will pierce thru and stick out on the underside of the top shelf. There is a lip on the shelf so the tip would be blocked, but you would still feel it.
