      Why are my Nucleus Classic batteries popping out of the pockets?

      Nucleus batteries are popping out of the docking station pockets when carts are mobile

      Depending on the environment the carts are in, batteries may pop out of the pockets of the docking station. It's rare but there is a documented case of it occuring. One fix we found is installing rubber shock absorbers. To install:

      1. Remove the docking station. 
      2. Screw into the 4 threaded holes on the base. 
      3. Place the docking station on the studs. 
      4. Fasten the docking station down with nuts.

      This is what we told the last customer to do.  There was never follow up (that I am aware of) to validate that this resolved the issue. We do not source and ship the hardware.
